I have developed a website hoping that it is useful to the students and microarray researchers. The site contains Introduction to microarrays, microarray software links, microarray protocols, microarray publications and links to other microarray sites. Please have a look and send me if u have any suggestions

I quite liked your site - lots of information. A few comments:
(1) I get a big space or else a grey square where the Flash is supposed to be. This may be a problem with my browser, but maybe check it with other browsers. And do you really need it? Fancy elaborate graphics and animations can be distracting.
(2) The link categories and menu are good - especially good to see protocols. Perhaps indicate whether these are standard protocols or ones which work well "in your hands".
(3) The plural of software is software, not softwares. There are a few grammar and spelling errors to correct. I am guessing English is not your first language? That's not a criticism - just that a site has more professional credibility without those errors, so perhaps get some people to go over that with you.
(4) I hope you are using some kind of automated system (as we discussed around here recently) for updating the references. Otherwise you will soon get bored and slip behind with that aspect - and fresh content is everything.
Thanks for your comments
Hello Neil,
Thanks for your comments on my site.
That big space is because of flash plugin problem, may be with your browser. I checked in IE and Netscape its working, i will try to put a gif image in that space in place of flash to avoid these problems.
I will look in to the other points u raised.
Thanks
