Inline images

As you can now see, I have inline images working, at least for me. With the img_assist module installed, the admin page for setting permissions is not loading, rather when it does load I get nothing other than a blank page. This means that the permissions are likely not set for everyone to use the module. Which means you can still add images as first class objects, but the add inline image icon is absent from the content posting forms.

It seems that the archives

It seems that the archives module is no longer in Drupal, although I may have lost it somewhere in the new admin interface.

I'm still looking into search, it seams that either the site is taking a while to re-index, or the db upgrade did not work for search. Bear with me...

As for image uploads, I have this running on my development copy of Drupal, using the img_assist module.

I actually like the colors :) All nice and blue , relaxing. Clicked around a little bit and the archives are not available. I think picture uploads would be useful. Having a picture once in a while makes the site easier to read.

All working fine so far as I can tell. Looks good and snappier too (for the moment at least!)

I guess the next task is to think about some exciting new features. Perhaps that's one for the new host.

Site Upgrade In Progress

Update: Switchover is done. Please leave comments if you notice anything amiss. Note, Drupal 5.1 includes free tagging, so when posting, look for the 'nodalpoint tags' vocabulary. Awfully blue this theme :)

Update 2: Spam filtering is now in place, so no more comment spam, archives are back, search is still broken and reoranization of the blogroll is now underway. Read more for the details.

Update 3: Search is now working, spam filtering has turned away the most recent spam comments and everything else looks good. I'm considering this a successful upgrade.
