Bren Vaughan at the EBI has created a map of bioinformatics Web Services around the world using the Google Maps API. This is similar to the EMBL world application mentioned earlier by Greg. The Web Services map features on the homepage of XML central of the DNA Data Bank of Japan (DDBJ).
